At Ubisoft Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your legendary loot. If your apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
